WHY GRIP ON SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYABILITY?

The world is changing rapidly and employees are increasingly challenged. That might have negative consequences. For instance, productivity loss or sickness absence. But yet, managing such risks should never come at the expense of stimulating the positive effects of work. Then work is a source of energy, meaning and development for many people; and potentially this should apply for all. Stress is not a problem, as long as it is compensated by sufficient energy resources.

GRIP believes in people and their ability to grow and to develop themselves. GRIP is a management-tool that maps employee's sustainable employability and enables them to reduce their stress and increase their energy. In addition, we offer an effective approach for various target groups to increase their levels of sustainable employability.

HOW WE SUPPORT SUSTAINABLE EMPLOYABILITY?

ORGANIZATION RESEARCH AND REPORT

Using the Energy Inventory, the participant's stress and energy levels and their drivers are identified. Organization results are reported anonymous and include recommendations.

INDIVIDUAL REPORT AND FEEDBACK

The individual outcomes of the Energy Inventory are fed back and discussed, either in workshops or in a personal interview. This may result in a concrete suggestion for a specific intervention.

GRIP AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE

GRIP is a self-management tool that allows people to reduce their level of stress and increase their energy. Using GRIP, participants may also communicate with their (online) coach if they want to.

COACHING FOR GROUPS AT RISK

On average, 15% of workers experience high levels of stress and run a serious risk on dropping out from work due to burnout complaints. GRIP identifies this group and offers (anonymous) coaching.

WORKSHOPS TO STRENGTHEN THE ORGANIZATION

The largest group of employees (about 85%) is usually not at risk. Yet, this group may benefit from increasing their sustainable employability by using GRIP and participating in additional workshops.

ASSESSMENT RESULT AND HR-CYCLE INTEGRATION

The project is concluded with a follow-up measurement with GRIP. To ensure permanent change in the area of sustainable employability, the project will be integrated in the annual HR-review.
